Our Partners
Here’s how our in-kind donation process works:
1. Eligibility Check
Confirm that your organization is a certified 501(c)(3) nonprofit. This certification is required for us to proceed with a donation.
2. Submit a Request Form
Complete the form below to express your interest in receiving an in-kind donation. Be sure to include details about your mission and your specific furniture needs.
3. Assessment
Our team will review your request and evaluate the types of furniture available. We strive to match your needs with the high-quality, serviceable preowned furniture we have on hand.
4. Selection
Once approved, we’ll present a selection of available items that best align with your request. Options may include desks, chairs, filing cabinets, and more.
5. Coordination
After you’ve selected your items, we’ll coordinate logistics, including scheduling pickup or delivery.
6. Delivery & Setup
If your organization cannot arrange pickup, Whole Cubes can provide delivery (and setup, if needed) for a fee.

How can your organization receive a furniture donation?

What furniture does Whole Cubes donate?
Used office furniture, grade-A condition. We usually have office chairs, desks/tables, softer seating (lounge chairs/couches) and file cabinets. We can provide pictures of past donated furniture as examples of our products. Furniture on our website is NOT the same as the furniture we donate.
Does Whole Cubes deliver furniture?
Yes. If your organization does not have the means to pick up furniture, we are able to arrange delivery for a fee. If you’re looking for a pick-up service, we recommend using dolly.com to help assist you.
Does Whole Cubes accept donations?
We do not accept donations.
